Return & Exchange Policy

At EvenLayers, every product is made to order with care and attention to quality. Because of the nature of print-on-demand production, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Eligible Cases

You are eligible for a replacement or resolution if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The print quality is defective or incorrect

Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and issue

  • Packaging images if applicable

Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners

  • Slight print placement variations within acceptable production tolerance

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

Approved refund requests will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
